Project numero uno...

So as we embarked on our first official home project this weekend, I realized many things.
Realization #1: After buying, mixing, priming, painting, and fixing, one things for sure...buying new furniture is way easier than updating old furniture, but it's not nearly as fun!
Realizaion #2: My wife and I had a blast on this project together and can't wait for more to come. I love my wife.
Realization #3: I'm approaching the 23rd celebration of the year of my birth. I would be crazy to say that I feel old, but I'm pretty sure that yesterday I was graduating high school, pulling pranks with my youth group and the like, and today I'm building a family and a life with the most beautiful woman on earth. I'm not old, but I'm getting older, and I like that. I sit back almost in tears at times, to think of all that God has done in me, through me and what He's done FOR me. I am a blessed man!
